The three-year plan is the quiet bargain

Is this a recurring subscription? Will I be billed again automatically?
No. Every plan is paid once for the full term you select. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal and no monthly fee. When the term ends you decide whether to renew — nothing happens on your card unless you choose to.
Do the cheaper plans include fewer channels?
No. Every plan carries exactly the same service: the same 16,000+ live channels, the same on-demand library, the same 7-day catch-up and the same support. A one-month subscriber and a five-year subscriber get an identical product. The price difference reflects the length of commitment only.
Which plan gives the best value?
The five-year plan at $250 works out to about $4.17 a month, the lowest figure available. The three-year plan is the strongest mid-range option: at $220 it costs only $30 more than two years while adding a full extra year of service. If you are new to the service, the one-month plan at $12 is a sensible starting point.
Can I try before I pay?

What internet speed do I need?
About 15 Mbps of stable bandwidth handles a single HD stream comfortably. For 4K, or when several people in the house watch at once, 25 Mbps or more is recommended. Adaptive streaming lowers the bitrate automatically if your connection dips, so playback continues rather than freezing.
How quickly does the service activate after I pay?
Login credentials are emailed to you, usually within minutes of payment clearing. From there, signing in on your device takes a few minutes more. Support can guide you through setup by phone or WhatsApp if you would rather not do it alone.
What happens if I move to another state?
